Position: E-Commerce Fulfillment Assistant

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ecommerce order processing and customer service functions. This role involves processing orders, managing inventory reports, daily billing reports. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Duties/Responsibilities:

· Process paperwork for incoming orders daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Send daily pull ticket orders to the designated individual to prepare orders for shipment.

· Generate daily inventory reports for key partners

· Handle daily invoicing for orders and post monthly payments

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and direct message.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for handling customer inquiries.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and use internal systems.

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Team player with a willingness to assist where needed.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times
